I never visited to Granada
In Spain, nor even Uganda.
Although I didn’t have an agenda
But somehow, I came to Canada.
Back in country we tasted faluda
We used to have a lot of adda.
Here people like pizza mirinda
People drive Mercedes and Honda.
One of our neighbor is Melinda
She hails from US state of Nevada.
She has a daughter named Imelda
Her favorite animal is Panda.
Our other neighbor named Shahida
She has a garden in her veranda.
And there’s a colleague named Amanda
She likes to wear things of Prada.
One of our friend named Sachinda
He likes the movies of Govinda.
Often, we feel home sickness kinda
Because here it’s a bit thanda.
But still it doesn’t change the funda
That this country is full of Wonda!
