Dad, I know you are far away
But I remember you everyday
Although you have left us
You are alive in the memories
You fed me so many things
You also taught me a lot of things
I learned to walk holding your hand
You raised me up again to stand
How many days have I slept on you
How many places I saw traveling with you
Wish I had many more days like that,
But destiny has kept us apart.
So I think of you each and everyday
And with all my heart to Allah I pray.
